At Frankie & Dylan's we honor all insurance company estimates. We are a direct repair facility for some of the largest insurance companies in the country. Since Frankie & Dylan's is a direct repair facility with most major insurance companies, it allows us to repair your vehicle more quickly than other shops.

Before your vehicle is released we complete a road test and safety check to further ensure your satisfaction. Finally, all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and detailed prior to delivery.

The estimating team can complete an accurate computerized estimate while you wait. We will contact the insurance company on your behalf to expedite your repairs. If a rental is needed while your vehicle is in our shop, we can assist you with that as well. If your vehicle is non-drivable we will arrange for a tow. At Frankie & Dylan's we always have you and your vehicle's best interest in mind.
